Mia Kate

Isn't she so sweet? Mia's family came all the way from Warren, MI to have her newborn portraits done. I can't express to my clients enough how important it is to get newborn babies in as soon as possible after they're born. Many of my clients, like Mia's mommy, schedule their newborn photo sessions before their new addition arrives to ensure that they have an appointment as early as possible. If you're interested in scheduling a newborn session before the actual birth, I encourage you to call to schedule for the week after the due date of your expected little one. Newborns are best photographed within the first two weeks of birth.

Long Time

Okay, so when I finally made the decision to create a blog, I promised myself that no matter how busy I am, I will not give up on posting regularly. Well, It's been over a week and no posts. I have been working on many orders that have been coming in and also working with local sports teams to create action images for the athletes. So, no pictures this time, but I promise to get some posted again soon. I have had some really cute little ones and a very sweet newborn in lately that I know you'll all love to see. I will get those ready for you to see really soon.

Paintings

So lately I have been trying out some new techniques and products. Here are some paintings that I have been working on. Of course they are much easier to see in person, but still beautiful.

Ava Ten Months Old

Ask any one of my clients, my studio is FULL of different props, clothing and toys. Some of my favorites are these adorable petticoats. These big poofy skirts are an ideal compliment to beautiful little girls just like Ava. She just looks so sweet in this little pink skirt, that I couldn't resist showing off just a couple.

Hayden One Year

I had Hayden in the studio recently and we had so much fun. He just turned one and it was so cute watching him demolish this cake that his mom made and brought in for the session. I also had a chance to use this new backdrop which I am now in love with. It goes so well with those sweet little curls on top of Hayden's head.
